Strange swelling

I have a strange swelling towards the end of my collarbone, sort of starts at the jutting part of my collarbone and wraps up, like if it continued on it would wrap up and over the muscular part of my shoulder.  It's just puffy skin, nothing hard, nothing rubbery, just puffy skin.  the only way I can tell it's different is that the other side doesn't have the same structure.  I noticed it last night and decided to sleep on it.  It doesn't appear to have gone down.  Is this muscle related or should I see a doctor?

I have since been to a doctor, the answer is 'I dunno'.  I have had an ultrasound and xray on the area and nobody can find anything abnormal, except for the obvious puffiness.  They want me to do a CT scan next..  Anyone have ANY idea or ever seen this?  It's just puffy skin above the clavicle and nearly meeting with the neck.  There are no swollen lymph nodes.

Is there a possibility you could have fractured your collar bone? Do you through with that arm? Are you currently playing any sports that could put any stress on that side of your body?
