related to tetanus

Hey every one actually I got confuse plz clear me
Now 4 days ago by mistake a dusty black nail pose me and scratch by back of my foot but it did not bleeding just stuck in my leg and make a scratch after that I took perfume then I put it in the  cut also lemon then after 3 hrs I went to ER while im running to the ER i dropped in dusty instructors also there were trees then the dr there  give me att injection , but they dont clean my leg but I hear that I should take something else than att so I did the right thing or I have to do something else also after cleaning my wound with lemon I droped in the dust should I worry thanks

I am not positive but I think when you heard your doctor mention ATT he or she was using the abbreviation for (At This Time). Which if that is the case then you would have nothing to worry about.

Thanks 4 ur replay im not sure about the injection but I heard the dr sai ATT so thats Im afraid

If the nail did not break the skin enough to bleed and the doctors gave you a injection, which I would assume was an antibiotic. Then I believe you should be alright. The muscle pain and diarrhea could be the beginning of a cold coming on. Drink plenty of water so you do not get dehydrated and take some type of pain reliever.
If the symptoms you are having now continue longer than a week, you will need to go see your family doctor.

Plzz my fear is that after I dropped in the dust my wound contacts with its also when I woke up today I got pain in my muscles of chest and neck also diarrhea. Also I heated vaccine does not work after the injury
