I'm so sorry for what you've been through. That's gotta be the hardest thing in the world. But no matter how guilty you feel, you can't change the past. You have to move forward. Your little baby is in heaven with God, living a beautiful life. It's tragic that you couldn't get to meet him or her, and it's tragic that he or she couldn't get to experience life. But your little baby will be waiting for you. Here are some verses that will hopefully help a tiny bit. :)
Acts 3:19: "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,"
Psalm 86:15: "But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness."
Zephaniah 3:17: " The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing."
God loves you and He will forgive you if you repent and turn to Him. If you are confused, read the Bible and pray to God. Try it for just two weeks, and see if you notice a difference. God is real and He is powerful. He loves you and He's met your little baby up in heaven. He wants a relationship with you. Only God will give you the healing and love and forgiveness you long for. :)
Thank you so much for your kind words! Im doing alot better with the help and support of my boyfriend!! Thank you again
I'm sorry for your loss and heart ache, I couldn't imagine regretting an abortion as I'm 17 and going to have a baby in Jan. I'm against abortions, but that's not the point. You were 8 weeks so just think your baby wasn't really a baby yet. Yes it's heart was beating but it wasn't fully formed. And you are young and he is too, so maybe you guys weren't ready to be parents. It's very hard to be a teen mom and dad, deffintily don't get pregnant again on purpose...after you graduate high school, go to college and find the man you'll call your husband than you'll be ready for a baby. Don't blame or hate yourself, you didn't think you could give your baby all it needed so young and that's a hard but mature choice to make. You might need some counseling because it seems like you are grieving from the loss of your baby and there's nothing anyone can say on here to help you, just be strong and know one day you'll have another baby to give all your love to. You seem very strong. Focus on school, friends and family and your boyfriend. Keep yourself busy. Best of luck.
