I'm very sorry for your loss. My cousin took his life 2 years ago and it is still a deep wound in our family. All you can do is be there for your sister. She needs all the support that you are able to give her. (((Hugs)))
Oh goodness Julia!! No words can make you feel any better, but I am praying for you, and your family, especially your sister, and your beautiful niece! This is dreadful!! I can't understand suicide, but can only imagine that a person who takes their own life, thought at the time, it was their only choice. Young people are so often ill-equipped emotionally to deal with the everyday traumas that life often throws at us, especially when we are young! It is such a shame, and so difficult for the loved ones left behind. You not only grieve the one you have lost, but have so many questions left unanswered, and wish you could have seen a sign, or been able to do things differently perhaps.
Please try and be strong for your sister, and keep beautiful memories alive of your cherished niece.
Hugs, Marietta
