Odds of being hiv positive?

10 years ago I had protected sex with a street sex worker in TJ Mexico(Stupid). I was 22 at the time. The condom was given to the SW by the hotel worker. I don't know if it was a latex condom. She preformed oral on me n then vaginal. The condom slipped down about 25-33% during intercourse. She used lube n I don't know if it was water based. After I released, she took the condom off and wiped my penis with a Kleenex. I did not wash until 24-48 hours later.
Two weeks later I had flu like symptoms that included sore throat, a canker sore, stomach pain, loss of groin hair, weight lost. NO fever; no swollen lymph nodes. I went for an HIV antibody test 8 to 9 weeks later ( possible exposure was on May 25, 2002 and I got test at the end of July and went for results in early-mid August 2002) it was non-reactive-Negative. I was told to go back in 3 months for another test but I never got tested again. I have read that over 95% would have developed anti-bodies by 8 weeks. I also tested negative for syphilis.
Ten years later I am pretty healthy with a healthy appetite and weight. My concern is that 10 years later, I still develop occasional canker sore and dry mouth which I read is a symptom of hiv. I also get tiny pink/red pimple in my upper quadricep/inner thigh. 9 years back I lost about 2/3 of my nose hair.
For the last 6 months I have had on again off again chest tightness. It does not affect my breathing. I had X-rays for my lungs, had my heart checked, and blood work but my DR could not find what was wrong. They say it might be stress related. I was worried it might be hiv.
Does delays in anti-bodies being produce mean you have a weak immune system? What scares me are the canker sores. My girlfriend and I talked about marriage but this has been in the back of my mind. I want to get married and have kids. God bless

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.

Thank you for your feedback. Statistically how reliable is an 8-9 week hiv negative? I know 12-13 weeks is considered conclusive. The mexican condom slide a bit but was always on.

Canker sores are not caused by hiv. They can be caused by poor oral hygine, smoking, genetics, teeth rubbing in sleep, tonsil stones. Just to name a few. Why not just go grt tested for a conclusive result, rather than worry all the time?
