12 weeks test

Hi .

I had unprotected sex with CSW in east asia and I had two tests . 1sr was after 4 weeks which was 4th generation (p24/ab) and it was negative and I read some posts for the Experts here who said 4 weeks is 100% reliable .

I aslo had rapid test in 12 weeks and it was negative and the test is made by american company and its manufacture in china.

I want to ask about the rapid test. I emailed the company in USA and asked them about the FDA approval .

he told me that they have FDA approval for the manufacture and it is in this link . http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfRL/rl.cfm?rid=17633

I asked him about the HIV rapid test if it is for sale in USA and he told me NO.

Do you think that FDA gives approval for a manufacure and the HIV test is not good.

by the way . the product is saled in many contries in asia and Russia .

Are you from Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah?
If you are from Dammam or Riyadh you can go to Bahrain to the American Mission Hospital they run the test two times a week of Sunday and Wednesday. If you go early moring say at 7 am and you give them the blood sample at 8 am you will be able to get your results 3 pm the same day. They are the oldest and most reputable hospital in the Arabian Gulf.

The only FDA approved Home Collection Kit is Home Access. This test does not give you the results at home. There are no approved Rapid tests for home use.
