super worried about HIV

I had a protected sexual encounter with a massage parlor lady,

2 weeks after i've been having some ARS symptoms, such as sore throat during the morning, slight headache, and joint pains(mostly on my left knee, more of a uncomfortable restless feeling).
Aside from that i have also been feeling sharp  pains at the back of my head, forearm, fingers and wrist, muscle tightness left calf, my left armpit feels outstretched. Swollen lymph node under the right jaw.
No fever(except i felt really hot one day, girlfriend told me it as all in my head)

You aren't having ARS symptoms, you've never had an exposure.
