13 hard days after exposure

Hello,this is my story :

Im 20 years old man.13days ago because of my stupidness  I've had unsafe oral sex with escort girl in Turkey (on vacation),she gave me it.
I was so stressed about it for several days. I've read some possible HIV symptoms on net and so on. After 6 days i've started to feel some fever and all day weakness. after 9 days i've noticed that i have a whitened tongue. after 10 days my knees joints started to hurt. Today i have noticed that my tongue has some yellowish in the back of it with some red dots.

Im so scared and depressed right now, that i don't know what to do... i have been reading about HIV symptoms on net and they happened to me,i'm really scared right now.

So my questions is. Is it possible that symptoms have been caused by stress, anxiety? What can be other causes? Is it true, that its quite impossible to get HIV by getting an oral sex from women?

Best Regards,
Daniel

See your doctor if  you are concerned about your symptoms. They have nothing to do with HIV.

First you have to have an exposure which you didn't. You don't have an HIV concern.
