3 months test was negative.
I had sex with one of the girl without condom and this instance was happened May 10th 2022, I did hiv test on Sep 25th 2022 and the hiv test result was negative. I am still scarring some infections in my body like hands and shoulder joint pains and skin infection. please help me is required to hiv test again?

I agree with Peaceful43. ALL tests are conclusive at 12 weeks, no matter the generation. You tested negative.
Any test after 12 weeks of exposure is conclusive.. hiv not diagnosed by symptoms .
You do not need to test again .
No need to be scared cause you do not have hiv .
