Not correctly use the condom

yxy
Hi, I have a question about vaginal sex. My partner has used the condom, but he didn’t put the condom all over his penis, just 3/4 of it, and he didn’t fully get inside of me. Should I be worried? And how does the unprotected sex transmit hiv? Is that because serminal fluid gets inside of the vagina? So as long as the condom prevented his semen from getting inside of me, I’m ok? Thanks

Maybe pre-cum
Only the head needs protection and the condom would fall off if that didn't happen. You had zero risk and a test is unnecessary.
