48 days negative cmia conclusive for hiv 2?

I had protected sex with csw. i had a small cut on finger. Is it possible to transmit hiv from the cut?
After 3 days from this i have started symptoms white tongue, swollen node, dry skin, blurred vision, severe fatigue but no rash, vomiting, fever. After 25/48 days i took cmia test which was 0.19 and 0.18 non-reactive. Now in 10th week i got itchy rash on shoulder and arm. so are the tests conclusive for hiv1 and hiv 2 both? or shall i need to test at 3 month mark?
