For the last time, NO, you shouldn't be concerned.  The extra information doesn't change a thing.

Ok.i ll tell you the whole scenario. I maybe got cut in a public place.i had contact with many people.later on as i reached home there were some other persons blood spots on my shirt as I am guessing.i m not sure that was mine.so I am asking maybe what if there was some contact with my cut.and my cut didnt require stitches.so should I be concerned?

You didn't come into contact with copious amts of blood from another person, therefore HIV is not a possibility.  This is an irrational worry.

You have a history of irrational fears of HIV.  You need to address this with a mental health professional.

You would NEVER EVER be at risk for HIV in the manner you've been worried about.  A TRUE "blood to blood" risk is very very very rare, and the events that would occur would have to be VERY significant, with large/deep bleeding wounds that come in direct contact with each other.  Even in those situations, transmission would rarely occur, simply because the skin is not an efficient entry point for thw virus.
