5 weeks itchy skin

i had a exposure 5 wks ago with unprotected oral and protect vaginal sex, 30 days hiv test came back negative, but ANA est positive. I know my exposure is at low risk according to wt doc said but i feel itchy all over my body constantly, has anyone experienced the same? Is itchy skin one of the hiv symptom? I also have dry mouth and white tongue started 6 days ago but is getting slightly better.
Any comment pls

can you kindly answer my last question, i'm so worried that my wife is inflected by me, she had high fever, swollen lump at neck, sore throat and dry cough last week last for 2 days, now fever is gone but still have dry cough. If someone is inflected would fever only last for 2 days? My main question is if i passed the virus to her 6 weeks ago, would my 8 weeks test positive? 2 weeks ago i got my 8 weeks test was negative.
Although you mention don't judge on symptom, but her symptoms match everything except the rash.
Sorry for being a pain, but can't let it go when knowing i could have passed on to somebody.

Thanks Teak and Lizzie, my itchy skin has gone away, as i was feeling better my wife has just got mastitis a week ago and got fever last for only 2 days, I'm so worried that if I have HIV, it might have been passed to her, as she is still breastfeeding, I also worry my baby as well.

My question is does HIV cause more chance for a woman to get mastitis?
Its been 8 weeks since my exposure, this 2 days my neck/lymph nodes is sore, is 8 weeks too late for the acute syndrome? I'm still having dry mouth...

I'll go for 8 weeks test next week. Meanwhile please can anyone answer my question?

Does anyone know if u have so called 'flu like symptom' the first week after exposure, will the antibody be sufficient enough to be detected at 30days?

My 30 days result came back negative but the  early flu like symptom and current itchy/sting feeling all over body (finger,feet,hand..) really driving me crazy.
