I tested after 5weeks in a public clinic they used 3rd gen test kit and my plasma
was it a good indication? btw i had exposure from oral sex 3weeks before i got tested, was the test accurate? Please help.

You were never exposed to HIV. Any test you take at any time will be conclusive, and negative, since you had NO CHANCE of getting HIV.

btw I forgot to mention that I had protected anal sex then removed the condom and switched to oral sex that's the activity before I got tested 5weeks after.
It doesn't matter what you did first or second. The only sexual risk for HIV is having unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. Since you didn't do that, you had no exposure to HIV.
