Dear all. Please help!

Dear all
I had unprotected sec with a gay man, I do not know his hiv was positive or negative. After that I had some hiv test. The last test I did was 16 weeks after the encounter. The test was negative of a rapid hiv blood test. However, recently, some symptoms indeed make me anxious again. The desquamate on the hand and lips especially on the finger, and a point on tongue bleeding for a while. From your opinions, are they related to hiv? Do I need testing further?
I have also checked HCV HBV HSV and HPV, all of them are negative.

Please could you give me some suggestions? I am very worried now.
