91 days exactly conclusive for United States?

To All (especially Teak),

I'm a 27 yr old male who lives in the United States, i got my HIV test negative result at exactly 91 days (13 weeks) after exposure (unprotected vaginal). Two questions:

1. Is my 91 day exactly negative ELISA test result considered conclusive under the CDC for the United States?

2. Should i have waited at least a day longer (92 days) for cobclusive?

Thanks a lot!
