Hiv test and predinsone

I had vaginal unprotected sex at 26 may 2023 with unknown status girl  in 20 june 2023 I started predinsone course 20 mg till now  im on meds .
at 30 November 2023 I tested negative hiv Elisa 3rd generation is that conclusive or am i at risk because the medication i took  i just afraid that long period affecting my result thanks in advance

No. The only medication that MIGHT possibly affect an HIV test taken this long after an exposure is chemotherapy for cancer. Your test is conclusively negative and you can move on from this event.
