A little scared please help

In April this year I was sitting in my wife's work place in Bangkok Thailand with her boss and 6 other employees (2 menial labourers and 4 office staff). Whilst I was sitting there I swatted at a bug on my the back of my neck which turned out to be a mosquito full of what appears to be fresh blood as it smeared all over my fingers and neck. My concern is that the week before I torn/split some skin at the joint of my fingers and hand during a workout session and it happens that on that morning I had felt that the wound was near enough healed to go through the day with out a plaster. So when I killed the mosquito there was no plaster covering the area.

I cleaned the wound with alcohol immdieately after wiping the blood off with soaked tissue and then rinsing my hands with alcohol. This was in part to check for and stinging (checking for any open wounds) and to clean the rest of the blood off.

I then check later that night after a work out with lime juice in case the alcohol didn't work.

My wound wasn't bleeding at the time and I didn't feel any noticeable stinging when I cleaned it when it happened and later that night.

I've got a small degree of a phobia so I've been obsessing over it ever since even though I went for a hiv test (nonreactive result elisa test) two weeks after as I had razor burn over a new tattoo where my leg hairs were dry shaved off against the grain.

I've read so many of the forums and I'm sure I'm just over reacting but I need an answer specific to my situation.

Please help.
