Scratches/cuts on penis. Please help.

One week ago. I met a commercial sex worker and had sex with her for about ten minutes. I didn't ***. I told her to wear condom for me and she did it. After ten minutes, she left, I went to the bathroom to take a shower and notice a small scratch/cut/ sore on the underside of the penis near the balls. I fear that the condom did not fully cover the said cut/sore/scratch and the vagina fluid get into the cut and caused me expose to hiv. I do not remember when I had that cut/sore/scratch. I do not know that during the intercourse if it bleed or not. I fear that the cut on my penis would bleed a little and got into the vagina, make it direct acces for hiv virus into the bloodstream. Please help me. Can such a risk like this happen to me? I am extremely worried.
Beside, I have itchness in the groin area around the bottom of penis. I scratched and had small scratchs about 1mm, didnt bleed. Does these scratches increasr the chance of me getting hiv.
Thank you.

I do not know if  "cut/scratch" is the exactly term to call it. If the "cut/scratch" was not fully covered by the penis and was bleeding a little, then, while still bleeding, the cut/scratch get into the vagina, made contact with vagina fluid. Is it possible for me to get hiv that way? Thank you

As long as the head of your penis was covered by the condom and you're talking about a "scratch" as opposed to a deep, profusely bleeding wound on your penis, you had no risk and do not need to test.
