ARS Fever & Rash

About 5 weeks ago, I had protected (with condom) vaginal sex with a commercial sex worker in France, the condom did not break.  Additionally, I noticed a tingly mildly scratchy area in the base of the penis and scrotum which later turned into herpes outbreak 2 days from the time of the encounter.

About 21 days later, I experienced a mild fever (approx 99 to 100) and fatigue which ended after 2 days Wednesday evening until about Thursday evening during this time the slight fever went away by taking Ibuprofin.  Further, I had been drinking a tremendous amount of coffee and experiencing lower back pain and constipation - this might be some sort of dehydration causing the fever - not sure.  All the while spending a lot of time outside in Florida heat and humidity.

Additionally, I noticed to break out in red spots in the torso  about  3 days later (the following Sunday) which went away but I still have some red spots left around the collar bone and shoulders - mildly itchy too.

Other factors to consider, I had been wearing a rather tight muscle shirt of nylon and running and cycling in 90 degree heat every day during this time frame, on the Friday after my mild fevers I cycled approx 20 miles in 90 degree heat and felt fine afterwards)- being in Florida during August with high humidity I sweated profusely on a daily basis during this training (Saturday I ran about 10 miles in the late morning in heat, humidity and sun and Sunday I cycled about 10 miles same heat and sun conditions.  Could also indicate heat rash rather than ARS rash?

What are the chances of this being indicative of ARS and having contracted HIV?

No, you could not have been infected through protected sex even if you had a herpes outbreak.
