ARS or what else?

I need help. I'm very concerned about possiple exposure to HIV and developing ARS.  I was doing JO with 2 other guys.  Then one guy went down on the other for a few minutes. Then tried to do me but I stopped him. He had me in his mouth for about 3 seconds before I stopped him. I'm concerned that the guy might have had some cum/precum in his mouth from the other guy and I could have been exposed.  This happend on a Monday. By Friday started having weird gastric symptoms. Gas, bloating, queesy stomach.  This has been going on for about 3 weeks now  and seems to be getting worse. Lots of gas, bloating, churning in my intestines. Also feels like swollen glands in my neck. No fever, no nausea, no rash, no flu like symptoms. I have read that HIV infects the gut. I'm affraid that is happening to me.  Is it possible to have ARS after 4-5 days. I have read conflicting info...some articles say 2-4 weeks and others say a few days. I'm scared and confused. I would welcome any advice. Thanks

NO.. Saliva has over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that inhibit HIV transmission. At no time were you at risk and your symptoms have nothing to do with ARS.

Thanks very much for your  comment. I see you have some knowledge and experience with HIV.  Isn't  it possible that the guy might have had some precum/cum in his mouth from the other guy he was providing oral to or had blood from cut or abrasion in his mouth and I could have been exposed to it. I did not have a condom on and I could have had a cut or abbrasion on my penis from the JO. I know it must sound desperate to you but I am really scared. It's the symptoms I'm having that really makes me think that I am infected. I don't get sick and this is not like anything I have had before...bloating, gas, loose movements, swollen glands in my neck. It's been going on for weeks. I'm thinking it's ARS.

You were never at risk in the situation you've provided.
