Will I get hiv because of that?

hi my name is sakthi, today i had sex with a guy. he is having precum,we tried to did anal using condom, we have applied oil and salaiva on the anal track,he didn't cum but having precum, when he tried to insert but the condom broke, after that activity i cleaned my back i just had burning sensation,  i need to know will i get hiv because of that.

only the head of the penis needs to be covered to protect against HIV. Was he penetrating without his penis covered? If so, then yes, this is a risk for HIV. And you need to test at 28 days with a DUO 4th generation test. However, note that it is ONLY a LESS THAN ONE PERCENT chance. It's LOW risk to have a single unprotected episode. The other guy sounds to normally use condoms to protect himself from hiv and his partners which means he is unlikely to have HIV (then no risk of getting it, right?). but you don't know so you have to test at 28 days if there was a penis in your anus without a condom on the tip.

The penis was covered actually when he tried to insert it was broken it was not in actually  so can u confirm me should I have to take a test
I was not there. You need to ask yourself if you had a penis tip that was uncovered in your anus. If so, yes. Test. If not, not. Don't need to test.
