Any Dr. can answer please?

Still suffering a lot from my risk situation, 5 months ago.
Now have a lot of hair loss, very dry skin, urinary infection and still white tongue among others.
My question is about this article : http://journals.lww.com/aidsonline/Fulltext/2010/06190/Seronegative_HIV_1_infection__a_review_of_the.2.aspx

If one person is one of this cases who doesn't produce antibodies would PCR RNA eve after 5 months show up positive or not? How one can know if it's positive or not in this case?

Thank you so much
