Accuracy of 4th generation HIV Alere Determine test?

i had unprotected insertive anal sex with a male 3 weeks ago. after 22 days, i have a 4th gen antibody/antigen alere determine test which was negative.

i know this is not conclusive or reliable but at this point, can i be at ease a little more? what's the chance of seroconverting past this point on a future test?

i just read some studies that the alere determine has very bad results for acute HIV stage.

You have to wait 28 days to test. Everyone gets flu, so yours provides no information about HIV risk.

Also for the last week i tested positive for influenza A, but not sure if its due to to actual flu r ARS HIV. i had runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, fever, chills, which are all gone now except for an earache/ear pain.

if one has ARS symptoms, would a 4th gen test be more likely to detect antibodies/antigens by 22 days post exposure?
