Advice

Hi, I was running for a boat and I cut my foot in a piece if metal. It was deep but not deep enough for stitches. My concern is that there were a few people also running to catch the boat. If somebody else had also cut their foot 20 seconds or so before me then I cut my foot and for their blood in my fresh cut, would this transmit HIV. If it is a no, can you explain why.

Thanks
