Protected anal sex but still worried...

Hi, in worrying situation now. I'm a gay male at age of 31. Went to a massage shop yesterday in bangkok, and had an anal sex with a therapist after massage (he's on top, me bottoming). He used a condom with much lub. all the way in the process. After that, I saw a little blood on the towel on the bed, probably from my anus, that scared me. I did check the used condom, and it looked like a blown-up ballon after I blew air into it - so it seemed it didn't break. But still I'm worried cos I don't know the medical status of the therapist. Did I expose to any risk of std or hiv? What should I do? Thanks!

If you said protected it mean you are safe. Virus can not pass intact condom
