Need ***** with abrasion

So, my friend works as a healthcare worker, she has been prick by a needle leads to a little abrasion and a little blood can be saw. The needle was used before by someone with unknown serostatus for unknown period of time, and she can't remember if there's blood or fluid inside. So what is the risk? PeP or Test needed?

It was a risk & PEP needs to be discussed with her doctor or the ED.

If she is a healthcare worker she should have filled out an incident report paper and a decision about PEP should be made by her doctor or the ED.
