How about her rash marks over her most part of upper back, neck and face? Some of them seem fresh with blood hints. Can I contract HIV by contacting her skin? I feel itchy and there new red bumps on my face, torsal, and scalp, especially on my back and scalp.

You used protection, as you mentioned and it did not fail during penetration (had it failed, you would have noticed it), you are safe, no exposure to HIV because condoms provide 100% protection against HIV if they remain intact and do not fail.
