Am I at risk?(broken condom and oral)

Hey, been reading conflicting information on hiv transmission that got me so scared at the moment so I'm going to go ahead and speak. In December I had protected vaginal sex but the condom broke in the early stages so basically little precum if any. We stopped immediately so if anything I was exposed for less than 3 secknds. Would this be a risk?. My most recent event, (March) I performed unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex on my partner. 3 days later i got sick. I had a month long headache I had feeling of something stuck to my throat, joint and muscle pain specifically on my lower left leg, I felt chills for about an hour ,2 weeks after the event, pins and needles and nerve tingling specifically on my left side of my body, bleeding gums (but they werent bleeding when I performed oral), 3 days of swollen toes, bloating and stomach ache. I thought i rana. Fever but I went to the doctor 5 days after the event and he said my temperature was normal. the symptoms just happened all of a sudden but they didn't all come at the same time. I read that these could be ars symptoms and I'm super worried. The most recent guy said he was clean and he gets tested often due to playing on a university sports team but I dont know whay to believe  he seems honest but I'm worried.  I'm going I get tested but I want to know what was my risk regarding these encounters. And are my symptoms similar to ars ? Is it possible to have symptoms 3 months after the initial exposure and not feel anything then but feel it 3 months after? How risky was my encounters ??

As you were previously advised, the only risk you had for HIV was from the broken condom incident.  NOTHING else was a risk - the only sexual risk is having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex.  Forget about the other event.

No use discussing symptoms as they are generic, symptoms of many other issues including anxiety, and meaningless.  You can test any time now for your conclusive result.

If I did a rapid test , which people say is cheaper , would it give me a conclusive answer or would I have to use a more advanced test ?
ANY test you take at this point will be 100% reliable and conclusive.
