Am i worry too much? Please help

Sorry for bothering
so 1 or 2 years ago i went swimming on villa with my friend. after swimming
she hang her wet used panties on the bathroom hanger, then i get into the
bathroom and start sniffing, licking and masturbate on the wet used panties. i
don't remember if there  is a vaginal fluid or not, but i'm very sure there
is no blood on it. i don't know if she ever had sex(but i'm sure she hasn't)
and she never used drugs but i don't know if she infected by hiv, hepatitis
or other std's.  but recently she got so many itchy hive on her body for
about 2 months until now, and i recently too  have 1 ringworm on my leg for
about 2 months and still haven't healed.
so my questions is:
1. can i be infected by hiv, hepatitis or other std's if she had one?
2. is her itchy hives and my ringworm has anything to do with hiv or any
other std's, or its just a normal diseases?
3. is licking wet panties considered as oral sex?
4. i haven't done sex and never use any drugs so is there any risk of hiv,
hepatitis or any other std's?
5. can she be infected by hiv, hepatitis or any other std's? (she never had
yellow skin symptoms, or any genital health problems)
6. and one last thing, there's one time that my friend ask me to shared my
drinking water to him so i gave it the bottle doesn't touched his mouth but
is there any risk of hiv, hepatitis or other std's?
7. am i worry too much?
i will be waiting for your replies

The only question I'm going to answer directly is #7, and the answer is YES, you are worrying too much.

HIV, in adults, can only be transmitted by:
1) having unprotected (no condom), penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug works with other IV drug users.

Anything else you can think of is not a risk, no matter what.  NO RISK for HIV, and you do not need to test.
