Elfa Test after 52 days of Exposure

Dear Sir,

I have gone through the sex with one prostitute on 07th of July 2012.
After 1 month of the sex i started feeling cough, cold.
Now my throat is continuously paining  from past 10 days. I met physician and i told him all these in details.
He told if u have much doubt u can go for HIV ELFA Test. The test was after the 52 days of sex.
And the result is Negative.
So, I wanted to ask u, the result is negative for now after 52 days. Do i need to go for any more Test after some days?
Or i m safe now?

Note : Because i got the information from someone that actual HIV exposure comes into picture after 3 month.
So, Do i need to go for the Test after 3 month??

I had sex using condom. But there was some pennis cut..while i had intercourse wd her. When i open my condom i find its bleeding from my Pennis upper part after taking ointment it stops and no pain from that time. But nowaday's because of sore throat and itching somekind in my body keep me in fear so i went for elfa test. So is dis the rt time or do i need to go for test again after 3 month??
