Anxiety

Hi,

I live in india, i am very much ebraced and under stress to reveal that once during September 2009 i had protected sex with condem with the prostitute whose status is unknown, but during the sex she said the condom is broke by the time i ejaculated, then i washed my penis in the shower, since then i am under severe stress finally i went for hiv antidody test during Jan 2010, the test reads as comb aids test which came as non reactive, that i was happy then after going through the net i came to know that its 6 month test only conclusive, is it my test is conclusive with the test i have taken or i have to go one more test, please reply as i am under sever stess, thanks

He doesn't need to retest, he has a conclusive test result.

if the test is negative after 3 months you can trust that you are not infected about 97%. and if the rist is too much doctors suggest to take another test after 6 months but the best way is to refer to a doctor and explain the whole situation correctly.don't worry.

Condom failure is obvious and easily noticeable. Any test done after 3 months of exposure is conclusive, therefore your test done in January 2010 was conclusive and you don't have to repeat. You are safe.
