Aphteous ulcer / cut on lip

I went tona gay bar for the first time and I have what I thought was a cut for the last day or so but looking closer it looks yellowish and feels unpleasant like an aphtae. Is there any problem havinh this ony outside lip ans sharing drinks at that bar with people of unknowm status?

secind are urinal backsplashes a problem regarding cuticle cuta and urinor other fluids being projected on genetalia?
