Hello,
I am straight male.I had unprotected oral and insertive sexual encounter on october 2010, before 8 months. After 1 weeks from that incident, I got rashes especially on my upper hand, chest and neck for 1.5 month.I had other symptoms also, they are
1) too much fatigue, 2) loss of apitite, 3) Sleeping disorder[less sleep], Improper digestion.
I tested with ELISA p24 antigen+antibody at 5 weeks,it was negative.But my symptoms persists.
Again I tested with the same method at 8.6 weeks, it was also negative. My doctor told it was conclusive.
After 1.5 month of that exposure, one of my lymph node in neck regeon, just down the ear became swell and continues till now. I took vaccine agains chicken pox on May-2010.[5 month before my exposure].
I took the ELISA p24 antigen+Antibody method after 16th week[4 months], and 26 th week[6 months] of my last exposure. They were negative.
I have these symptoms now,ie 1)swollen lymp node near my ear, ulcer on my tongue, rashes appears irregularly, sometimes joint pain, improper digestion..etc.I tested also syphilis, HBV and HCV after 6 months. All are negative. My CBC shows slightly increases in lymphocytes.I am so worried about my symptoms. My marriage is fixed. I am thinking about suicide.
I have the following doubts
1) were my tests reliable and conclusive..?
2) The vaccine against chickenpox affect the result..?
3) Is it possible to take the seroconvertion time more than 6 months..?
Anybody please help me...
