condom failure is catastrophic...there is no way to miss a ruptured condom. when you look down and see mr willie staring at you, instead of a condom, THEN you're in trouble.

can the shaved hair (when like in tiny needles) in the area there destroy/break/tear the condom? and could the condom be broken without the sex partners noticing it?

the use of latex, polyurethane, and/or polyisoprene condoms will protect against hiv infection...no matter what kind of sex it is
You can get extra strength condoms yes, which are less likely to malfunction. Still use lots of lube though.
