Are these Encounters HIV Risks?

History

8 June 2012

Had a protected Three some with 2 Female Prostitutes.
First Prostitue Put a Condom on me and then gave me a blow job. She put another condom and i had protected sex with her. I checked the condom after sex. It was intact. She removed the top condom and then put another new condom on the existing first condom. I had sex with another prostitute while she kissed my shoulders. After the sexual intercourse, i realized that the condom was intact. No unprotected oral sex given by me. All the condoms were intact after the sexual intercourse. Condoms were intact and not torn after both the acts.

20 June 2012

Received Protected Blow job from a Transsexual CSW. Condom was intact, No sex involved. Only hugging. No Kissing.

5 July 2012

Noticed a rash on my shaft of Penis, skin peeling off and reddish rash. Panicked and went to a doctor. He looked at it and I asked him is this Herpes. He said this does not look like Herpes. Also i had no itching, no pain while urinating, no blisters. He gave me Terbinafine cream.

6 July 2012

I panicked, went to a dermatologist. he asked me all sorts of questions. I never had unprotected sex with anyone for past 1 month.
Had received a protected Blow job from a Transsexual CSW.
Also used to wear tight underwear's when i work out and used to lie on the stomach while doing leg curls.
The doctor looked at the rash and also looked in white light with a magnifying glass. He said this does not look like a herpes rash. And i had no itching or boils or blisters.
He prescribed me Fucidin cream to be applied for 10 days and not to masturbate. I could not control my urge to masturbate, and finally the rash healed in 10 days. If i had not masturbated it would have healed quicker. I could see another tiny spot which i thought will develop in a rash in future.

12 July 2012

The rash is healed. A little skin lightening on the Penis due to Fucidin.

17 July 2012

Had protected sexual encounter with an Asian Prostitute wearing condoms. She was having periods. I stopped immediately and checked my condom. It was intact. Condom was not torn.

26 July 2012

Encounter was same as 8 June 2012
I dont remember this, if i had sex on this day. It was again a 3 some with 2 prostitutes.
First Prostitue Put a Condom on me and then gave me a blow job. She put another condom and i had protected sex with her. I checked the condom after sex. It was intact. She removed the top condom and then put another new condom on the existing first condom. I had sex with another prostitute while she kissed my shoulders. After the sexual intercourse, i realized that the condom was intact.. All the condoms were intact after the sexual intercourse. Condoms were not torn and intact after both the acts. No kissing.
Immediately after sex I saw small boils on my penis shaft which went away in two days after i dipped my Penis in warm salt water. They could have been condom allergy. As they were very tiny and minute and painless and no discharge. They also looked like Fordyce Spots.

25 August 2012

I see the same kind of rash being developed on the same spot where i thought the white little spot could develop into a rash, after masturbating, it developed into a rash. same like the one i had seen on 6 July. No pain, no burning, so discharge, no blisters, no boils.

27 August 2012

I did all kinds of STD tests, HIV Tests, Syphilis, Urine Test.
HIV - 0.34 Negative - I think it was a 4th Generation test.
All other STD's negative.
HSV 1, 2 Combined - Positive.
I freaked out, went to a Urologist. He looked at the rash and said even when my blood test is positive for Herpes, the rash does not look like Herpes. He gave me Acyclovir for 10 days and also Acyclovir cream for 10 days. Still no healing of the rash.

5 September 2012

I did type specific IGG tests for Herpes.
HSV 2 - Negative
HSV 1 - Positive
Doctors still said that this rash does not look like herpes, even when i tested positive for HSV 1

15 September 2012

I decided to put Hydrocortisone 1% cream on the rash
Within 2 days the rash started to heal.
I read that Hydrocortisone cannot heal Herpes rash
So should i conclude that the rash on my penis was non herpes?
Doctors said it can be due to friction or excessive masturbation or even condom allergy.

1. HIV test 4th generation came out negative one month after the last protected Encounter. Do i need test again? have provided complete history of my encounters.
2. Genital Herpes Ruled out as it came Negative in Type Specific Tests
3. Rashes did not look like Herpes as told by a MD, Dermatologist and a Urologist
4. Rash showed healing effect to Hydrocortisone 1% in 2 days. Applied three times in a day.

What do i conclude from this?

I have also decided to totally ABSTAIN from SEX....SEX LEADS TO HEADACHE!!!!!

I have been in a 1.5 year relationship with her...Last time i had intercourse with her was 3 months prior to HIV testing and most recent was after my testing.......So i feel that she is HIV negative as if she would have been positive i would have also been positive, As i have been unprotected only and only with her and with no one else...
Your thoughts on this please...
She is sure that she is Negative....She had a routine check.

Teak i have been having unprotected intercourse only with one partner for over past 1.5 years. So my negative HIV test on 27 August also means that my partner is negative right? Would she require a test?
