Are these symptoms of late hiv infection

In December2016 I had rash on small of back and I felt kind of sick.I decided about 8 months later to be tested for all std including hiv at the local health dept my then fiance did as well the result was non reactive I didn't know at the time that I had h pylori later December 2017 I was retested again still negative my question is now 10 months later I have experienced what I thought to be symptoms such as irregular menistration a pink colored lesion on back of my calf and fingernail changes and I was treated for the hpylori two months after the first hiv test now almost two years later these symptoms I'm scared what should I do my doc says the mole in noncancerious but I'm worried it may be underlying hiv infection

Any HIV test is conclusive after 12 weeks so you need to move on. It is abnormal to test repeatedly, and further testing indicates HIv phobia. Symptoms can't be used for HIV diagnosis anyway so we always stick with the test results.
