At Risk

Hi all, I recently had sex using a condom which did not appear to break, (I quickly checked it afterwards) with another guy. We also gave oral sex to each other and rimmed. I'm wondering what kind of risk I have put myself at in regards to HIV? Also any other STD's. I haven't felt to well with having a bit of a fever and I have a swollen lymph node behind my neck which is pretty sore. I've not really had any other symptoms. I think the swollen Lymph node is what is making me worry the most and I wasn't sure if that can be caused by any other STD?.... Just to confirm the other guy feels fine and it was 6 weeks ago since we met up.

To follow up on this. I still have a white tongue with small white patches at the back of my throat. It looks like Strep more than thrush going by online pictures. Is this very contagious?
