Axillary lymphodenapathy

Hi,

For the last 3 months[from 1 week of june],I am suffering from armpit pain. I got examined by an ortho doctor and took MRI scan which reveals small and multiple discrete lymph nodes in my left axilla. My last exposure was at march 16,2010 protected vaginal and unprotected oral and off late[ by 27 th july 2010] with a known person, that also protected vaginal and unprotected oral. Is axillay lymph node enlarge.I dont have fever or diarrhea. Is it ARS or any sexual disease? In my life, i never had pain in axilla so far.I am fearing this could be due to some STIs or HIV?please expain..
thanks a lot..
