Baby Sitter

Hi, please could you assist on the following; we live in South Africa and unfortunately our Baby Sitter received news that she is HIV positive, we assist here and sent her to the DR for the Viral Load which came back as CD4 130, They started her on ARV. She is part of our family being with us for very long time. My question are as follows.

1. Risk of Transmission should she cut her self whilst making meals for us
2. Risk of Transmission to my kids from brushing their teeth
3. What do we need to explain to her what she should not do e.g kissing the kids, she is very fond of them

Many thanks

Unless you or you kids are having unprotected sex with her or sharing works, then you have no concern.
