Question HIV risk safer snorting

I have a general question regarding safer snorting.
On the internet it is always mentioned that straws should not be shared. However it is common practice that people use the same surface (e.g. phone screens, plates etc.).
Is there any risk of HIV transmission, assuming that small amounts of blood could have ended up on the surface, for example because someone infected touches the surface with the straw that previously was in the nose, and someone else snorts it up his nose through the own straw from the surface?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You can't get HIV from sharing cocaine straws. No one has contracted HIV that way. You definitely can't get HIV from sharing a surface that touches the straws.

Very helpful, thanks a lot!
Would there also be no risk if there was blood on the surface that would be snorted in and get exposed to a potential wound on the mucosal tissue within the nose?
