My Exposure Risks?

Hi All,

I'm a gay man.  On Jun 15, I met a man online and had protected anal sex.  On Jun 17, I had unprotected oral with another man with no cum inside mouth (but had a canker sore below my tongue).  Starting on Jun 23, I started getting upset stomach and very loose to watery stool.  I'm wondering if this is ARS?  I have read online that diarrhea can be a first sign of the body trying to fight off the virus....

I have been eating right (Banana, Rice, Apples Sauce.... etc diet), but the diarrhea hasn't gone away as of today (Jun 27).  I'm a bit worried.  Any suggestions on my potential exposure?

When is the earlier that I can get tested?

Thanks so much!
