Bleeding gums and dirty hands

Hi ,

I have a question I have bleeding gums. Last night i went to a baseball game where i had no access to water to ash my hands. I was in SF and returned home late at night. Took me an hour to get home. My hands were pretty dirty, since i was exhausted i went straight to brush my teeth. My gums bleed hard and  took a sip of water from the palm of my hand to rinse my mouth. I forgot my hands were super dirty from removing shoes and touching public transportation etc.. I don't exactly recall any blood or semen.  I also freaked out and rinsed with Listerine 20 minutes after the following scenario happen. What would be a risk of HIV transmission considering i had bleeding gums and drank from my dirty palm?

Thank you all for your help
