Blood Test says I do not have HIV, but Home Kit Came Back Positive Kind of???

Hello, I had a one night stand seven years ago and part way through it the condom came off without me knowing. Approximately three months after this mistake I had an STD test and it came back negative for everything including HIV/AIDS. Three years ago I had a blood test for a life insurance policy and the HIV test came back negative. It was an HIV serum test. Recently I've been having trouble with oral thrush and the doctor at Urgent Care stated that I might have HIV. I have not been sexually active since my one night stand seven years ago. The doctor at urgent care did not test for HIV, but instead recommend that I see my primarily care doctor which I am currently in the process of giving a new primarily care doctor. Since I was concerned I took a home HIV test and one little tic showed up on the left side of the line that shows up HIV status that you can barely see. When I called the manufacture's hotline they said you must be HIV positive, but it seems unlikely that I had two blood tests that came back negative, but this home kit is positive. Also, I am going to see my new doctor in four days, but I've been freaking out. I was wondering if their might be some reason that this tic showed up other than HIV? Note I've been not failing well for about six months and the doctor at Urgent Care thinks I have an immune system disorder since I have not been getting over oral thrush even though I've been taking the medication and stated by the doctors. Do I have HIV, or is this most likely a false positive?

Sorry, but I've been freaking out since she stated that it might be HIV a few days ago and I cannot get into my new doctor any sooner.

" it seems unlikely that I had two blood tests that came back negative"
It is conclusive that you are negative, so is abnormal to worry and think you need a home test just in case. You likely erred in your home test or it is inaccurate or whatever.
Just go to your doc for your life HIV test and move on since it will be negative. Nothing else to say.
