Foreskin Contact-TEAK please answer!!!

Hello Experts. I had a risky situation in Costa Rica 3 weeks ago with a Prostitute as I had brief Sex with her. A condom was used during the encounter but only half on covering the tip and little more but not the base and rest of penis. The foreskin was pulled back little less than half way till the condom ended as there was no foreskin on the tip of the penis. I also did not leave any space at the tip of the condom. Once the sex was done I removed the condom and the cum(sperm) was collected at the tip of the penis so I know there was no condom breakage near the tip of the penis.  Can you please tell me 1)how much risk I had as I am worrying there might have been some vaginal fluid contact with the foreskin which usually covers the tip of the penis. Please let me know if 2) l should take a test because I am experiencing flu like symptoms and am very nervous and worried. Please answer Thanks!

You never had an exposure. As long as the head of your penis was covered you didn't have an exposure.
