Body Contacts - Confused

Hi,

I had a external body contact with another guy. We did not do any blow jobs like sucking or licking. However we had some strong kisses and complete body rubbing. Can rubbing penises (both are uncut and covered) together pose any risk of HIV transmission? Also we had rubbing of penis between the thighs, and no insertion into anus. Any semen drop on thigh skin pose any threat?  I'm really worried. My mind is disturbed now. Can someone clarify my doubts?

Thanks

You have to have penetration to transmit HIV. There is no penetration with frottage.

I'm in real panic and completely disturbed.   Can you explain how frottage doesn't transmit the virus?

Is there any methods to test for HIV quickly, rather than waiting for traditional 3 months window period?

Nothing that you did put you at risk of contracting HIV.
