CD4 OF 14
My sister has had HIV for 8 years and has been taking Stalanev and Lamivudine. She had bloods done recently and cd4 came back at 14. She is in a third world country where medication is not readily available. She has been coughing and complaining of chest pain and has a wheeze for the past 3 days now. What treatment should she be getting and how can I help her.
She has been seeing a Dr but like I said, third world coumtry, they do not have some of the drugs and some of the Drs dont really know the latest treatment options. I need to find out what treatment someone in a First world country with symptoms and CD4 levels like hers would be receiving.
