Possible HIV infection - would appreciate advice

I slept with a young prostitute last night, my first time doing it. I was in a bar with a friend and he was there determined to find a woman, he does not mind paying for it. I got very drunk and refused all the advances. Then at the end of the night I was completely drunk, and decided to pay for the 20 year old prostitute. Foolish I know, and I feel awful about it. I have slept with one woman in a relationship and now one extra that I paid for. That is low.

Anyway on to my question. The sex was very romantic. I did lots of slow acts on her (lots of oral, lots of finger play etc). She gave me oral sex without a condom on for a very short time, but I asked her to stop. The intercourse included a condom (western one, with the mark on the back for quality). I am worried because the condom slipped off during intercourse and I think I was inside her for a minute or more without the condom on. She seemed "healthy"- obviously that is not a good judge of STD's but her skin was glowing and she was very "healthy" downstairs.

Obviously I am still worried. If a drunken error has landed me with HIV I will never touch a drop again in my life. My question is, what are the chances of contracting HIV through very serious oral sex (man pleasuring woman) and intercourse without a condom for a minute or more. I am circumcised which I heard lowers the risk. I am 18 years old and travelling in Thailand, but going to Laos in 2 days. I do not think there is any way to get an STD test here. What do you think my chances are of infection, given the description of the sexual acts? and what symptoms should I look for in the coming weeks?

Thanks,
Worriedyouth

1. Oral sex in not a HIV concern.
2. Dont rely on symptoms, many people dont get any symptoms.
3. unprotected sex for a minute is a low risk. but it is a risk and depends on various factors ( whether she is HIV +ve, if positive her viral load etc). anyways you had risk. Test at 3 months post exposure
