Can I get HIV or Hepetitus from dried blood that got into my ear lobe

Ok so 2 weeks ago I used my girlfriends gauge to pierce my ear lobe and back in april me and her got treated for chlamydia and now have no symptoms. Now the gauges she let me use im sure had dried blood on them from when she used them but I sterilized it with peroxide ( I don't know how well but I did ) now is their a risk of me getting HIV or Hepatitis from using her gauges and "IF" the dried blood on the gauge wasn't sterilized well enough got into my wound.

Now she has never had HIV or Hepatitis just to put that out there so am i at risk?

Hepatitis B, unlike HIV who dies as soon as blood dries, can live a long time in dried blood due to his ability to crystallise!

You said she dont have Hepatitis, so no way for you to contract it if only she used it! And you were never in risk of contracting HIV! Rest easily!

I figured but you think I may have a Hepatitis concern even if she never had it?

You don't have an HIV concern.

A few months ago I spoke with someone who works at a STD clinic and he spoke of Hepatitis. From the information I have gathered, I would say no risk.
