blood on food

i was in fast food restaurant 2 hours ago i have a disagreement with the chef because of my order takes alot of time to be done , then after i got my order i ate a chips sandwich it was not hot so i notice some blood on the sandwich , so what if because of the disagreement he put some blood or spit blood on the potato then after i think 1-2 mins i ate it , does if he got hiv it will transmit to my i got a little sore in my mouth do i need testing ?!

firstly, i doubt it is blood.
